Interviews are filmed in settings that are familiar to
the family members: their homes, offices or outdoor
surroundings, thus providing a more candid and authentic
presentation. Family members who may be unable to attend
the trial also have the opportunity to present
mitigating evidence in this format.
Depositions
For videotaping depositions, we offer professional grade
digital equipment to meet your video and audio needs.
Our videographers are all notary publics in the State of
Texas and are acting as disinterested third parties in
video recording deposition testimony. As a courtesy, we
provide the stenographic court reporter with a complete
set of audiotapes of the entire deposition at no cost to
them. We are prepared to do a single or two-camera shoot
covering the deponent, any exhibits and the deposing
attorney if requested.
Remote Witness Testimony
There are many reasons why a witness may be unable to
attend a trial or hearing including: illness, death, or
residing outside of the U.S. Additionally, the court may
determine that witnesses who are minors could be
traumatized by providing testimony in court. If a
witness is important enough to appear at a trial but
cannot attend, then the best solution is a videotape
deposition.
Mock Trial Evidence
Video allows evidence by expert witnesses, crime or
accident scene footage, victim disabilities, and product
failures to be presented in an efficient and cost
effective way to juries.
Settlement Documentaries and Activities of Daily
Living Videos
Both of these documentaries can have a profound effect
and extremely cost effective impact on your litigation.
In these cases our videographers become a vital part of
the litigating team and work closely to tell your
client’s story in way that communicates the importance
of your claim. Because we are well acquainted with the
Rules of Civil Procedure, you can be assured that your
ADL will be produced in accordance with the court’s
demands.
Video Recording Will Signings
A carefully prepared video recording preserves both
visually and audibly the entire will execution procedure
and can be indispensable should the will subsequently be
contested. This procedure gives the testator greater
assurance that the will shall take effect, as well as an
opportunity to make any personal statements to his or
her heirs.
Courtroom Presentations
We have the latest, most effective presentation
equipment available as well as qualified operators to
assist you in making a powerful demonstration of visual
evidence in court. We can additionally assist you in
preparing and presenting printed or photographic
evidence. |
